What you'll bring to lifePartner with sales teams to understand needs and opportunities. Design high-impact enablement programmes. Develop coaching capability within sales leadership. Improve adoption of sales methodologies, content and tools.

You'll Thrive Here If You...Bring substantial frontline sales experience and understand the realities of working towards commercial goals. Have proven success designing and delivering sales or revenue enablement programmes.

Enjoy helping leaders develop coaching capability within their teams. Can translate business priorities into practical learning experiences and measurable outcomes. Are comfortable working with Salesforce and modern sales technologies.

Build trust quickly and know how to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. Ask thoughtful questions and enjoy uncovering opportunities for improvement. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Embrace innovation and can comfortably use AI-enabled tools without losing the human touch. Have an interest in technology, channel ecosystems, cloud solutions, or sales transformation. Curiosity about AI-enabled learning and the creativity to explore alternatives to traditional presentation-led training.
