An award-winning building services engineering consultancy is seeking a skilled Revit MEP Technician to join its expanding design team. The consultancy delivers innovative mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, residential, leisure, and public sector projects throughout the UK and internationally.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician to work on high-profile developments within a collaborative and technically progressive environment. The Role You will play a key role in the production and coordination of detailed BIM models and technical drawings for major building services projects.

Working closely with engineers and project teams, you will support the delivery of accurate and coordinated MEP designs from concept through to construction. Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality Revit MEP models and detailed drawings for building services projects Develop coordinated mechanical, electrical, and public health layouts Work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and external design teams Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are maintained Assist with clash detection and model coordination using BIM software Produce drawing packages, schedules, and technical documentation Support projects across all RIBA work stages Maintain accurate project records and drawing revisions Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Revit MEP Technician within a building services consultancy or contractor environment Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD Understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems Experience producing coordinated BIM models and technical drawings Good understanding of UK construction and building services standards Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Desirable Experience using Navisworks or other BIM coordination software Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and workflows Familiarity with healthcare, commercial, or education sector projects Experience working within a consultancy environment What’s on Offer Competitive salary package Hybrid and flexible working options Pension scheme Ongoing traini...
