The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Reward Partner to shape and deliver strategic reward programmes across Auto Trader.

Working closely with senior leaders and People Partners, youll combine strategic thinking with hands-on detail to drive data-led, commercial reward decisions. What Youll Be DoingStrategic & Cyclical Reward: Lead core reward activities including annual salary reviews, share awards, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and mandatory reporting.

Advisory & Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert on pay, grading, and complex reward scenarios, ensuring alignment with our core reward principles. Senior Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and People & Culture colleagues to influence decision-making, balancing strong governance with practical business needs.

Governance & RemCo: Support key governance processes, including preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo).Capability Building: Help elevate reward knowledge across the wider People team and continuously improve team processes.

What Were Looking ForExperience working across reward, at Senior Reward Advisor or Reward Partner levelExperience with job levelling and grading (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, Hay, Mercer)Experience withemployeeshare schemes like SAYE and SIPExperience working with different stakeholders andbuilding effective relationshipswith senior leadersStrong Excel skills and comfortable using data to inform decisionsA practical mindset with a focus on finding solutionsComfortable workingthroughcomplex situations and taking ownershipDuring our application process, you will be asked two questions to help us learn more about you and how you align with our values.

These will be used as part of our selection criteria, to determine if we progress your application further. What We OfferCompetitive Compensation: £55,000 £70,000 base salary. Annual Share Award: An additional 10% of your salary awarded in shares each year (vesting over three years).Generous Pension: 7% employer contribution when you contribute 5%.Time Off: 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, alongside half-day closures on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
