Rural Surveyor

Overview

In this role, you join Savills’ Scotland Rural Consultancy Team to advise on rural property needs for a diverse client base. You may focus on specialist valuation or a blended mix of Landlord & Tenant, Access and Rights, Valuation and Rural Consultancy, supporting estate management clients and winning new valuation and consultancy work. You will work across Perth and/or Edinburgh, collaborating with colleagues to deliver strategic, high-quality guidance. This is a chance to shape rural advisory services and help clients optimise land and property assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support for estate management clients and develop valuation and consultancy projects
• Contribute to both day-to-day rural property guidance and strategic, large-scale assignments
• Engage with clients to understand needs and pursue new valuation and consultancy opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple Scottish offices to deliver high levels of service
