S4 Hana Materials Management Lead EU COEYou will report directly to our Director Planning COE and you'll work out of our Bracknell UK location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

By orchestrating the implementation of strategic supply chain initiative of S4 HANA for PT. Your role in collaborating with cross-functional teams will ensure accurate success and on schedule project completion while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCenter of Excellence role supporting Process Technology planning: Support S4 HANA system implementation as EMEA project lead for materials planning, SME, Trainer, UAT lead, and post go live support. Responsible for integrated planning, managing dependencies, cutover readiness, training, adoption, and change managementLead improvements and standardization projects for PT materials planning Assist materials planners in EMEA region with skills development and troubleshooting for SAP S4Support the transformation of processes, technology & personnel to adapt to the new planning processes & ERP environment.

Coordinate ERP system issue resolution with the IT support team Coordinate with the analytics team on reporting development Drive standard processes and ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for materials planning and ensure the full utilization of the S4 tool within PT planning.

YOU MUST HAVE6 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data governance and supply chain processes. Proficiency with SAP ERP.Proficiency in understanding the standards & interoperability of master data (Material, BOM, Recipe, Production Version, PIR, Source Lists, etc.) and the impact to supply chainStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that optimize inventory levels. WE VALUEExperience with S4 HanaExperience with ERP implementationExperience with Kinaxis or other advanced planning systemFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge of sourcing, procurement strategies, and supplier managementAPICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification or similar preferred. Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus. Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers to achieve business objectives.
