Sales Advisor – New-Build HomesLocation: East of ScotlandSalary: Competitive salary, commission and benefits packageContract: PermanentPeace Recruitment is working with one of Scotland's most awarded residential developers to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor for its East of Scotland team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded housebuilder known for delivering quality homes, providing outstanding customer service and investing in the development of its people. The RoleAs Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through every stage of the new-home buying process, from their initial enquiry through to reservation, completion and handover.

Your responsibilities will include

Managing enquiries and building strong relationships with potential buyersConducting viewings and presenting developments, available homes and purchasing optionsProviding a professional and welcoming customer experienceProgressing reservations and sales through to successful completionMaintaining accurate customer and sales recordsLiaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and internal departmentsWorking towards individual and development sales targetsEnsuring the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standardSupporting customers throughout their buying journey and providing regular updatesAbout YouWe would like to speak with candidates who have: Previous experience selling new-build homesA strong understanding of the residential sales processExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA professional, customer-focused approachThe confidence to manage negotiations and overcome objectionsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to work independently and as part of a wider teamA full UK driving licenceThe role will involve weekend working in line with the development's opening hours.
