We have an opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team of staff in the Sales and Marketing department. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 shift pattern on site.

Duties of this role include: Develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy to support the hospital’s business growth targets. Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with referrers including GPs, consultants, corporate clients, insurers, and other local healthcare professionals.

Conduct regular outreach visits, calls, and events to promote hospital services and maintain a strong presence in the community. Work with consultants to support the growth of their private practice, including profile-raising activity and patient engagement initiatives.

Plan and execute local marketing activities, both digital and offline, to promote key service lines (e.g., orthopaedics, imaging, private GP, diagnostics).Work with the central marketing team to localise national campaigns and develop bespoke materials, content, and events to suit the hospital’s needs.

Manage the hospital’s online presence (e.g., local webpages, paid listings, reviews) to ensure accuracy and consistency. Applicants should meet the following criteria: Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role – ideally within healthcare, medical services, or a customer-focused industry.

Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently onsite with a self-starter mindset and a focus on results. Skilled in event planning, campaign coordination, and local outreach activities.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Confident with data analysis, reporting, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/toolsExperience working in or with private healthcare providers, hospitals, or clinical teams.

Understanding of healthcare sales, patient referral pathways, or consultant marketing support. Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management or related field. Experience with digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.

Knowledge of compliance regulations related to healthcare marketing.
