As a Sales Assistant based in our Morecambe branch youll be responsible for: Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
Driving 3.5t van doing local deliveries to customers daily Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer ordersand unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse Merchandising displays to a high standard in the branch.
