Sales Executive

Overview

In this role you drive new sales and protect customers by introducing Verisure’s monitored alarm solutions door-to-door and securing installations. You will convert warm leads and build a long-term customer portfolio while leveraging a supported pipeline from the call centre.

You’ll design security solutions through on-site surveys and ensure a seamless journey from presentation to installation, contributing to Verisure’s growth and market leadership. This opportunity combines a guaranteed salary with uncapped commission and strong earning potential in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Create new sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in businesses and residential areas
• Convert warm leads into sales (approximately 8–10 per month)
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
• Conduct security surveys to tailor alarm systems to customers’ needs
• Lead product installations and manage customer experience to foster future sales
• Convert warm leads from the call centre into successful sales

Key requirements

• Professional and customer service–oriented attitude
• Passion for sales and good communication skills
• Full manual driving licence and access to a vehicle for initial months
• Previous sales or retail experience is desirable but not essential
