Sales Executive

Overview

In this Field Sales Executive role, you drive new business for Verisure’s monitored alarm solutions in Rochdale. You combine a guaranteed salary with an uncapped commission, rewarding high performance. You will engage prospects door-to-door and via warm leads, conduct security surveys, oversee installations, and build long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Create sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in businesses and residential areas
• Convert warm leads into sales (targeting ~8–10 deals per month)
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals
• Engage prospects at properties, introduce Verisure, and present products
• Conduct security surveys to tailor systems to security needs
• Convert engagements into sales and manage product installations
• Develop a future sales pipeline and ensure excellent customer experience
• Role includes warm leads from the call centre and converting them into successful sales

Key requirements

• Professional and customer service–focused attitude
• Passion for sales and good communication skills
• Full manual driving licence and access to a vehicle (initial months)
• Sales or retail experience desirable but not essential
