SALES EXECUTIVE

Overview

As a SALES EXECUTIVE at Verisure, you will drive growth by converting warm leads and building new opportunities through referrals and doorstep prospecting. You join a best-in-class training program and fast-track your sales career with uncapped commissions and clear progression. You’ll operate across residential and small business segments in the UK and Europe, supported by a strong brand and incentives. This role combines hands-on selling with ongoing development in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm leads and sell to prospects interested in the alarm system
• Generate new opportunities through referrals and local door-to-door prospecting
• Develop and maintain a network of potential customers in residential and small business segments
• Meet and aim to exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team results
• Participate in Verisure Academy and apply learned sales techniques in real-world scenarios

Key requirements

• +2 years of work experience (sales experience a strong plus)
• A valid driving license (0-3 points)
• Own car for the initial 4 months (expense compensation provided)
• DBS check required before start date
• Ability to schedule some appointments outside regular hours, including Saturdays
