Sales Executive

Overview

In this Field Sales Executive role, you drive new business by canvassing and converting opportunities into sales while representing Verisure’s award-winning security solutions. You’ll build and maintain a portfolio of customers, deliver tailored security surveys, and manage installations to ensure a superior customer experience.

You work closely with a call centre for warm leads and pursue long-term relationships to sustain pipeline growth. This role offers a mix of guaranteed salary and uncapped commissions, with strong training and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Create sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in businesses and residential areas
• Convert warm leads into sales through direct sales approach (8–10 per month)
• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals
• Conduct security surveys to design tailored systems
• Oversee product installations and manage a future sales pipeline
• Efficiently convert warm leads from the call centre into sales

Key requirements

• Full manual driving licence with access to a vehicle (initial months)
• Professional and customer service focused attitude
• Passion for sales and good communication skills
• Training provided; previous sales or retail experience desirable but not essential
• DBS check required (cost absorbed by Verisure)
