Sales Manager Location: Leeds Salary: £50,000 £60,000 DOE Job Type : Permanent | Full-Time Sales Manager | Engineering Sales | Manufacturing Sales Are you an experienced Sales Manager who thrives on developing people, driving performance and delivering results?
We're recruiting for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead an established sales team within a successful engineering and manufacturing business. The Role This is an 80% management / 20% sales role, focused on coaching, developing and motivating the team while maintaining relationships with key customers through regular site visits.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the sales team. Create and implement an effective sales strategy. Set KPIs and monitor team performance. Identify training and development opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Support business growth and continuous improvement. Recruit and develop future team members. About You Proven Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader experience. Strong coaching and people development skills. Experience implementing successful sales plans.
