We're looking for... We're looking for a commercially minded and people-focused Sales Office Manager to lead the sales team at Yarnfield Park, part of The Venues Collection. Yarnfield Park is a large conference, meetings and events venue in the Midlands, combining hotel accommodation with extensive meeting and event space and hosting a wide range of corporate events, residential conferences and group bookings.

You'll be responsible for leading the Sales Office team, driving revenue and conversion, maximising diary and yield opportunities, and working closely with the General Manager and operational teams to deliver the venue's budget and forecast.

We're looking for someone who can bring energy and structure to the team, is commercially switched on, understands the meetings, events and hotel sales environment, and can balance proactive sales with strong processes and attention to detail.

Sales Office Manager - The Role As Sales Office Manager, you'll lead and motivate the Sales Office team, taking ownership of the day-to-day reservations, meetings and events sales operation and helping the team deliver against revenue targets.

You'll work closely with the General Manager and wider team to: Drive sales, conversion and revenue across bedrooms, meetings and events. Manage diary and rate strategy to maximise every commercial opportunity. Lead weekly sales and forecasting activity, using data to identify opportunities and drive performance.

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of service throughout the booking and event journey. Ensure bookings, contracts, systems and processes are accurate and delivered to The Venues Collection standards.

Work closely with Operations to ensure events are well planned, communicated and delivered smoothly. Lead, coach and develop the Sales Office team, creating a positive and commercially focused environment. Support the wider venue with budgets, strategy, new business, client events and key commercial activity.

Keep on top of market and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maximise revenue. We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised and confident leading a team, with experience in hotel, meetings
