Sales Operations Coordinator

Overview

In this role you drive contract-related processes to support smooth orders, amendments and renewals within the Simpro ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant handling of customer contracts and data, and to hand over customers to implementation and operations post-sale. You’ll improve order accuracy, data integrity, and CRM records while addressing inquiries and negotiating terms. This is a fast-paced, data-driven role that supports growth and operational excellence across Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer orders and contracts in internal systems with policy compliance
• Create, process and track order amendments and ownership-related changes
• Manage contract inquiries, renewals, renegotiations, data migrations and related tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contract queries and disputes
• Coordinate handover to implementation, bookings, stock teams, and create internal work orders and notes
• Conduct ad hoc duties including licence and billing audits, data cleansing, and corrections
• Assess the financial health of new customers in line with CV levels
• Manage incoming commercial inquiries and maintain accurate CRM records

Key requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• High level of organisation and initiative, strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
