The Role As a Sales Support & Customer Service Administrator , you'll play a key role in processing customer orders and supporting enquiries from a range of customers, including consumers, trade customers and builders' merchants.

You'll be responsible for ensuring orders are entered accurately , completed within strict delivery deadlines and checked thoroughly before progressing for fulfilment. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll help maintain the smooth flow of orders while delivering a professional customer experience.
