Salesforce & GTM Systems Specialist

Overview

In this role you will design and build the systems that power Wise Business go-to-market engine. You will combine Salesforce expertise with other tools to optimize processes for a high-velocity commercial team. Based in London with global cross-functional collaboration, you’ll enable scalable workflows that accelerate growth. You will own the 0-1 build phase and partner with Sales, RevOps, Enablement, and Marketing to drive impact. This is a high-visibility, mission-driven role in a fintech growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions, including complex flows, custom objects, and third-party integrations
• Shape and iterate a world-class sales process covering Lead Intake, Scoring, Routing and Qualification using Salesforce and GTM Systems
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Enablement, Marketing, and Analytics to prioritise initiatives with highest impact
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives from scoping through build, deployment and rollout
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using Salesforce features or new vendor partnerships
• Contribute to team planning, strategy, and process improvements to accelerate capabilities

Key requirements

• 5+ years in GTM Systems within a high growth, high velocity environment
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience beyond administration
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional builds end-to-end
• Experience in data modelling, building complex flows in Flow Builder, and Salesforce integrations
• Problem solving mindset with ability to translate business issues into scalable solutions
• Technically minded with ongoing interest in Salesforce, AI and related technologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience across multi-system GTM stacks (Sales Cloud, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
