The Role The Salesforce Senior Technical Developer / Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, integration, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud within HMRC's highly regulated environment.
The individual will provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with HMRC governance, security, accessibility, and compliance requirements.
Primary Objectives Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution development and delivery. Design and develop scalable applications using Salesforce best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce developers.
Build and support citizen-facing and partner-facing Experience Cloud portals. Ensure compliance with HMRC security, data protection, and accessibility standards. Design and implement integrations with internal and third-party systems.
