Salesforce Solutions Architect

Location: Manchester - Hybrid

Salary: £80,000-95,000 (DOE)

Maxwell Bond have partnered with an established, growing business looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to take ownership of its Salesforce platform and help shape its future technical direction.

With new products in development and several key initiatives planned, the business is looking to strengthen its Salesforce capability to support its continued growth. They're looking for someone with strong architectural expertise, a hands-on development background and the ability to translate business requirements into practical, effective technical solutions.

As Salesforce Solutions Architect, you'll work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across commercial, finance and technology, taking ownership of architectural decisions while helping the business deliver changes quickly and effectively. It's a great opportunity to have a real impact on a complex platform, with the autonomy to make decisions, work collaboratively across teams and take a pragmatic approach to delivery.

What you'll do as a Salesforce Solutions Architect:

  • Own the architecture, design and ongoing delivery of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it continues to evolve alongside changing business requirements.
  • Take a hands-on approach to technical design, data modelling, platform features and integrations, making pragmatic decisions across Salesforce and wider systems.
  • Support the delivery of major platform initiatives alongside smaller, frequent releases, helping shape technical strategy and improve the way the platform is delivered.

What We're Looking for:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and platform delivery, particularly across Salesforce Sales Cloud and exposure to Marketing Cloud would be beneficial.
  • A solid development background, with hands-on experience across data design, platform functionality, API integrations and wider system architecture.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, delivering regular releases and making pragmatic technical decisions that balance scalability, maintainability and business needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance commercial priorities with technical teams to manage competing priorities. Experience in telecommunications, payments, utilities or a related industry would be advantageous.

What You'll Get:

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
  • Flexibility on hybrid working.
  • Free on-site parking and access to an on-site gym.
  • The opportunity to take ownership of a complex Salesforce platform and influence its future technical direction.

This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce Solutions Architect who enjoys getting involved beyond high-level design. You'll have genuine ownership of the platform, work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in shaping how technology supports the wider business.

If you're a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys solving complex architectural challenges, working in a fast-moving environment and having a real impact on business direction.
