Job Description Siamo Recruitment are working with an established wood distributor based in Cirencester. Theyre seeking a talented individual to join their dedicated team as a Production Operative. As a Production Operative you will work collaboratively to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly and exceeds customer satisfaction.
Training will be provided, however experience within a production team is advantageous or from a hands-on background. This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of the production and distribution industry. This is an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a team that cares about their product and become a specialist within the role.

duties
Quality checking all goods throughout and post manufactureLoading raw materials into the production process and potentially lifting/stacking finished pallets. Running safety checks on machineryMachine operating safety and efficientlyPreparing products for dispatch -and loading pallets for deliveryLiaising with supervisors with any issues.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Supporting team members regularlyGeneral yard duties.
