Scheduler / Repairs Planner Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time, office based I'm working with an established property maintenance business looking to add a Scheduler / Repairs Planner to its operational team.

This is a busy office based position where you'll be responsible for organising works, booking appointments and helping keep day to day maintenance activity running smoothly. You'll spend a lot of your time speaking with residents, operatives and internal teams, so this would suit somebody who is comfortable on the phone, organised and able to keep on top of a changing workload.

Previous experience within social housing, property maintenance, construction or a similar service led environment would be ideal, although the most important thing is that you are confident dealing with people and can stay organised when things get busy.

What you'll be doing Booking repair and maintenance appointments Working with SOR codes as part of the repairs process Scheduling operatives and coordinating daily workloads Speaking with tenants and residents over the phone Rearranging appointments when priorities change Updating job information and keeping records accurate Liaising with engineers, tradespeople and operational teams Helping resolve scheduling clashes and missed appointments Supporting urgent and reactive works Keeping customers updated on appointment times and changes What we're looking for You'll need previous experience within a busy repairs, maintenance, social housing, property services or similar The key requirements for this role are: Experience planning or scheduling responsive repairs Good working knowledge of SOR codes and how they are used within repairs and maintenance Experience managing a high volume of jobs and changing priorities Experience coordinating operatives and/or subcontractors Comfortable dealing with follow on works, remedials and job upda...
