School Business Manager SEN School Barnet Permanent A specialist SEN school in Barnet is seeking an experienced and highly organised School Business Manager to join its Senior Leadership Team on a permanent basis . This is a key operational leadership position, overseeing the business and administrative functions of the school and ensuring the systems, resources and processes behind the school run effectively.

The successful candidate will be an experienced School Business Manager or senior school operations professional who can take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities and work confidently alongside senior leaders. Working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team, you'll contribute to strategic planning, budget management, staffing processes, risk management and the smooth day-to-day running of the school. You'll also manage relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring the school receives effective value and service across its operational functions.

School Business Manager What the School is Looking For This role is specifically for experienced candidates. The successful applicant will have substantial experience within a School Business Manager, School Operations Manager or comparable senior education-based role.

Experience managing school finance, HR, compliance, procurement and premises is essential. Previous experience within an SEN or specialist education environment would be highly advantageous. The school is looking for a commercially aware, organised and proactive professional who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
