School Cleaner - Enhanced DBS Required Location: Da10, Swancombe Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Start Date: ASAP DBS Requirement: Enhanced DBS required Job Description We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our team, starting as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for pupils, staff and visitors within a school setting. Key Responsibilities Cleaning classrooms, corridors, hallways and communal areas.
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors. Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms and other facilities. Wiping down desks, tables, chairs and other surfaces. Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately. Replenishing toilet rolls, hand soap and other cleaning supplies.
Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are used safely. Following health and safety procedures and school cleaning standards. Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or hazards to the relevant person. Ensuring all areas are left clean, tidy and ready for use.
Requirements An Enhanced DBS check is essential for this role. Previous cleaning experience is desirable. If you are reliable, take pride in your work and are available to start immediately, we would love to hear from you.
