Key Responsibilities:

• AIAgent Engineering & Tuning:Architect and maintain advancedAI agents for coding and automation within GitHub workflows. Thisincludes the active building, performance tuning, and refinementofagentic logic to ensure optimal performance.
• Evaluation& Quality Assurance:Implement robust evaluationframeworksto ensure that all AI-driven solutions meetestablished technical standards and best practicesbeforedeployment.
• Standardisation(Prompt Ops):Develop and govern prompt libraries,instruction sets, and organizational standards to ensure consistency andreliability in AI usage across all engineering teams.
• SystemOrchestration:Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with CI/CDpipelinesand Model Context Protocol (MCP) serverstocreate automated, end-to-end development cycles.
• StrategicCollaboration:Partner with cross-functional engineering teams toembed AI-driven processesdirectly into core SDLCmethodologies.

Technical Requirements:

• ProgrammingProficiency:Advanced expertise in Pythonor TypeScript.Professional experience with Rust, Golang, or Javais highlydesirable.
• EcosystemExpertise:Deep knowledge of the GitHub stack, Claude Code orCodex,including hands-on experience with CI/CD integrationandcomplex automation tools.
• ArchitecturalInsight:A comprehensive understanding of AI frameworksand agent-based architectures, moving beyond simple prompts tomulti-step agentic workflows.
• EngineeringStandards:The ability to write clear, reusable prompts andSkills while maintaining the highest coding standardsanddocumentation.
