Contract: Fixed-term (October - February) THAMES MMXX. is looking for a proactive and organised Seasonal Operations Assistant to support our team during our busiest period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is happy to get involved across a variety of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day running of operations. Prepare, pack, and process customer orders. Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment. Help coordinate deliveries, collections, and logistics.
Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient workspace. Provide general administrative and operational support as required. Requirements Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise tasks. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities. Previous operations, warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to contribute to a growing business during its peak season.
