About YouQTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification is desirableExperience teaching English Language and/or English LiteratureConfident delivering English across KS3 and KS4GCSE teaching and exam preparation experience is advantageousExperience supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs is desirableStrong classroom and behaviour management skillsAble to plan and deliver engaging lessons where requiredA positive, adaptable and professional approachCommitted to safeguarding, pupil wellbeing and supporting student progress??
