the role

Manage a specific section of works from planning through to completion. Ensure health & safety is promoted throughout the sitesOversea variations on ordersEnsure activities are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Monitor performance against project plans and take corrective action where required. Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, labour returns, QA documentation, and progress reports. Participate in site meetings with subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Monitor costs and support effective budget control within your area of responsibility. About YouKnowledge & ExperienceStrong understanding of construction health and safety legislation and site management practices. Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating construction activities on site.

Knowledge of quality assurance processes and construction best practice. Comfortable with travelling between sitesWhat we offer: Training and development within your role.
