Take the next step in your career. The roleWe are looking for an Operational Analyst to join our team and help drive the delivery of our security operations. You will play a key role in keeping operational activities on track, coordinating work across teams and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organisation, accountability and collaboration, and enjoys working with others to deliver meaningful outcomes. Key responsibilities of the role include: Tracking and following up on security operational activities to ensure they are completed on timeCollaborating with engineering, delivery and other teams to unblock work and maintain momentumCollaborating with service owners to ensure service security hygiene requirements are well understoodSupporting control owners to fulfil their responsibilities and follow defined processesMaintaining visibility of ongoing tasks, identifying risks and delays early and ensuring risk registers remain up to dateSupporting the coordination of security processes and workflowsProducing reports on security operations progress for stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to improve how we track and manage security workWho are we looking for?

Strong understanding of security and risk management Strong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident communicator who can follow up with people at all levelsProactive and persistent, comfortable chasing actions to completionAbility to work across multiple teams and manage competing prioritiesComfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar workflow tracking platformsAnalytical mindset, able to spot patterns, gaps and risks in operational data and identify process and control improvements Experience in a technology environment, in an operations, project coordinator or analyst role with responsibility for governance, risk, compliance and risk management processesWhy join us?
