Security Stock Coordinator | Stevenage | £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)Hours: 40 hours per week, typically 7:00am – 4:00pm (1 hour lunch)We are currently recruiting for a Security Stock Coordinator to join a busy and dynamic operation based in Stevenage.

This is a hands-on role within a stores environment, working alongside a wider team supporting multiple divisions, while focusing specifically on the security management function. The role is well suited to someone with security product knowledge, including ex-engineers looking to transition into a more structured, site-based position, or candidates with relevant stock control experience.

You will play a key role in managing deliveries, maintaining engineer stock levels, and ensuring the efficient dispatch of parts to support field operations. Please note that this role will require screening. Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries
  • Managing and maintaining stock levels for engineers
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching parts in a timely manner
  • Conducting regular stock checks and investigating discrepancies
  • Processing stock movements accurately using internal systems
  • Managing returns, including repairs, recycling, and supplier returns
  • Placing and tracking supplier orders to maintain stock levels
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers to ensure smooth operations
  • Supporting installation stock control when requiredSkills & Experience
  • Previous experience working with security products (essential)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident using a PC and stock management systems
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic numeracy skills (ability to add and subtract accurately)
  • Experience in a stores, warehouse, or engineering environment (desirable)Personal Attributes
