Healthcare Security Supervisor Reporting to: Healthcare Security Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Security Supervisor to support the delivery of a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
In this role, you will support the Healthcare Security Manager in leading a team of Security Officers, ensuring security and car parking services are delivered to the highest standards. You will be responsible for incident management, staff supervision, access control, CCTV operations, patrols, emergency response, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the hospital site.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Security Officers. Respond to security, fire, and emergency incidents. Provide guidance and support in challenging situations, including conflict management and de-escalation.
