Grade: Site Based Ready to take the lead in a critical security environment? As a Security Supervisor , you will oversee the day-to-day security operations of a prestigious aerospace and defence site , ensuring the safety of people, assets, and information while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

The Security Supervisor will act as the key operational link between the client, security officers, and management team, driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you'll have: Valid SIA Licence. Right to work in the UK, with a minimum 5‐year checkable history Eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance Minimum 5 years' experience within the Security Industry.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Security Supervisor, Team Leader, or Management position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities. Demonstrable leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities. Due to the nature of this opportunity, candidates must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) Clearance - Must be a British National and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
