As a Security Supervisor , you will lead and support the on-site security team, ensuring the smooth delivery of security services and maintaining high operational standards. The Security Supervisor will act as a key point of contact for site operations, reporting, and client engagement while upholding Securitas' values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness .
This Security Supervisor role is ideal for an experienced security professional with strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to safety, security, and service excellence. Job requirements
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you'll have: Valid SIA Licence. Minimum 5 years' security industry experience. Previous supervisory or management experience.
Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, customer-focused, and able to lead a team effectively. Competent using IT systems and security technology.
Desirable
CCTV Licence. Experience within corporate, industrial, or high-security environments. Experience liaising with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of security industry regulations and best practices.
