The RoleProvide 1:1 support for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needsSupport children who may experience anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or barriers to learningDeliver targeted small-group interventions focused on confidence, resilience, and social skillsImplement effective behaviour management strategies to support positive outcomesBuild strong, trusting relationships that help pupils feel understood and valuedWhat We're Looking ForA patient, resilient, and empathetic natureConfidence supporting children with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine interest in psychology, mental health, education, or child developmentPrevious experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals (desirable but not essential)What's on Offer?
