We're looking for an ambitious Semi Senior Accountant to join a friendly, growing accountancy practice. If you've built a solid foundation in practice and are looking for greater responsibility, client exposure and genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Producing management accounts and financial reports.
Preparing VAT returns and assisting with personal and corporation tax.
Supporting senior accountants with client portfolios.
Liaising directly with clients, answering queries and building strong relationships.
Assisting junior team members where appropriate.
Using cloud-based accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice is essential.
AAT qualified or studying ACCA/ACA (or qualified by experience).
Good knowledge of accounts preparation and VAT.
Experience supervising junior staff.
