Questech are recruiting on behalf of our well-established client who are looking for a Semi Skilled Fitter. Location: Worksop Hours: 37 hours per week | Monday to Thursday | Between 06:00 – 16:30 Hourly Rate: Up to £15.85 ph
Key Responsibilities
Follow build procedures, drawings, and instructions accurately Work to takt times and complete daily time sheets Take ownership of your own quality and inspect your work Use the correct PPE and promote good housekeeping Support team members and assist with other operations as needed Be flexible and willing to move between departments when required Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude Ideal Candidate: Experience in production assembly or manufacturing environments Health & safety awareness and ability to follow procedures Capable of working to operation/takt times Able to record activities and complete documentation accurately Self-motivated with a “can-do" attitude and team spirit Willing to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks Experience in body building, coach building, or reading engineering drawings is a bonus Flexible with working hours and available for overtime when required For more information contact Holly at Questech Recruitment...
