Job Description SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Cirencester Salary: £95 - £135 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Contract: Term Time Only Start Date: ASAP
Accademics are currently recruiting for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - SEN on behalf a specialist setting in Cirencester. We are looking for a caring, dedicate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - SEN who will help in providing high quality support to learners and young people with educational needs. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping individuals reach their potential.
Key Details:
SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Cirencester based Start ASAP £95 - £135 per day (Depending on Experience) Term time only Clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Key Responsibilities
Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
Help maintain a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment for all.
Follow all policies and procedures on a daily basis.
Passionate about supporting learning and young people to succeed.
Confident building positive relationships with learners.
Willing to learn and develop through training and hands on experience.
Experienced working with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential.
An Enhanced DBS check is required, or you must be willing to apply for one.
