Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest, London is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.
Key Responsibilities

- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain excellent practice
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers through regular communication and updates What We’re Looking For
- Understanding of positive behaviour support strategies
- Relevant training (e.g. Makaton, PECS) is plus point
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN in the classroom and one-to-one
- A sound grasp of how to support children outside of a mainstream curriculum.
