Your Role as an SEN Teacher: ✔ Teach small groups of students with SEND , using tailored approaches to learning. ✔ Develop individual learning plans to support academic and personal progress. ✔ Use multi-sensory teaching techniques to engage and motivate students. ✔ Work closely with parents, carers, and external specialists to enhance student outcomes. ✔ Foster a positive and structured learning environment .
