you will
Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with SEN.Help students develop confidence, independence, and active participation in learning. Work alongside teachers to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day. We're looking for a Teaching Assistant who is: Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people. A confident communicator with a genuine passion for working within SEN.Interested in gaining practical experience before pursuing a career in psychology or education.
Able to build strong, positive relationships with both students and colleagues.
