We are seeking a highly skilled and committed SENCO to join our welcoming and ambitious Primary School in Birmingham. This is a permanent role starting November 2025, offering the opportunity to lead and enhance the school’s Special Educational Needs provision and make a lasting impact on pupils’ learning.
Key Information Position: SENCO Start Date: November 2025 Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Term Time Only Salary: MPS/UPS + SENCO Allowance (dependent on experience) Suitable for: Experienced SENCOs or aspiring leaders with SEND expertise About the Role As an experienced and proactive SENCO , you will lead on identifying and supporting pupils with additional needs, ensuring high-quality provision across the school.
The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a SENCO , working closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to maximise pupil outcomes and inclusion.
