As part of our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial & Driving division. This is a key hire for the business, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-potential desk while playing a pivotal role in driving revenue and mentoring junior team members.
The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take full responsibility for developing, managing, and scaling your own desk within the industrial and driving sectors. This is a true 360 role with a strong emphasis on business development, client strategy, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across both temporary and permanent markets.
You will operate with a high level of autonomy while also contributing to the wider team's success, supporting best practice and helping to elevate performance standards.
Key responsibilities include
Leading the development and growth of a high-performing recruitment desk Building and managing strategic client relationships within industrial & driving sectors Proactively winning new business and expanding existing key accounts Taking detailed job briefs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to placement and retention Overseeing compliance, onboarding, and ongoing candidate management Maintaining a strong, high-quality pipeline of candidates across temp and perm markets Attending and leading client meetings, site visits, and review sessions Monitoring and driving desk performance, including revenue, pipeline, and activity Acting as a mentor and role model to junior consultants where appropriate Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent service excellence What We're Looking For 3–7+ years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant Proven track record of billing success and desk growth Experience within industrial and/or driving recruitment (highly desirable) Strong business development skills with the ability to win and retain clients Confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle at a senior level Commercially astute with a consultative, solutions-driven approach Excellent organizational and time-management skills Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members (desirable) What's On Offer Competitive salary Uncapped, competitive commission structure KPI-based incentives, bonuses, and rewards Clear and structured progression into leadership roles High-autonomy environment with real influence on business growth Supportive, ambitious, and high-performance culture Monday–Friday, full-time role Office-based in Kings Hill, with client visits as required
