Alongside core air quality consultancy, there will also be opportunities to diversify into complementary technical areas, including: Odour assessment and consultancy Industrial permitting and regulatory compliance Indoor air quality Wider environmental and sustainability services This makes the role particularly attractive to someone who wants to move beyond traditional consultancy delivery and have a genuine influence on service-line development, team growth and the wider commercial direction of the business.
The Role As a Senior Air Quality Consultant, you will work across a diverse portfolio of development, planning and infrastructure projects, providing specialist technical advice to clients and project teams.
Your responsibilities will include
Preparing and reviewing Air Quality Assessments for planning applications. Undertaking construction dust risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies. Delivering Air Quality Neutral assessments. Supporting odour assessments, monitoring and technical investigations.
Providing air quality input into EIA and major development projects. Interpreting monitoring and modelling data and producing high-quality technical reports. Liaising with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary project teams.
Managing projects, programmes and client relationships. Supporting and mentoring junior consultants. ...
