Senior Analyst, Operating Model Design

A rapidly growing life sciences consultancy is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Operating Model Design practice. This team partners with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organisations to design and implement operating models that enable growth, improve effectiveness, and support strategic transformation.
The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants on high-impact projects while developing a broad consulting toolkit. Typical project work includes:
- Commercial or Medical operating model design
- Organisational transformation
- Role and capability design
- Cross-functional ways of working
- Launch operating models
- Business transformation and implementation support We're looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience within life sciences consulting, healthcare consulting, or a related field
- Exposure to operating model, organisational design, transformation, commercial effectiveness, or change-related projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges
- Experience supporting project workstreams and contributing to client deliverables
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
