As a Senior Android Engineer, you will shape cutting-edge Android features for Motorway’s Sellers experience. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to architect and deliver high‑quality mobile experiences, and evolve our Server-Driven UI framework to enable rapid feature delivery. You’ll own mobile infrastructure, including CI/CD and automated UI testing, while upholding best practices in mobile engineering. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers
• Architect and implement complex Android features
• Develop and evolve the in-house Server-Driven UI framework
• Build and maintain mobile infrastructure (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, App Store workflows, automated UI testing)
• Champion engineering best practices and high standards
• Analyze UI details and the overall app experience
• Understand backend systems powering the app

Key requirements

• Strong Android development experience
• Proficiency with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• 0 to 1 experience building and delivering successful products from scratch
• Proven ability to ship high‑scale mobile applications
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
