Role: Senior Architectural Technician Location: London Rate of Pay: £26-£33 per hour Contract: 12-month contract Working Pattern: Hybrid Your Role: We're looking for a skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our expanding team.
You will be working on projects across residential and commercial sectors from planning to construction. Essential Skills and Experience Degree in Architecture, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology / related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist Strong experience delivering both commercial and residential developments. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations & planning processes.
Experience producing technical packages and construction documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Full right to work in the UK. Desirable
Skills and Experience
Experience with large-scale residential developments Knowledge of Building Safety Act requirements and Gateway processes. Experience mentoring junior staff and leading technical teams.
