We are currently recruiting for a Senior Assembler to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business based in Fareham. This is a hands-on role working on a variety of complex assemblies, including cable assemblies, IPCs, servers, racks, and other electro-mechanical products.
You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality builds are completed on time and to customer specifications. The Senior Assembler Role Assembly of IPCs, servers, racks, and electro-mechanical products to engineering drawings and specificationsBuild and modification of cable assemblies using approved tools and techniquesCrimping, soldering, wiring, and cable termination to IPC standardsReading and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and customer requirementsIdentifying and highlighting any build issues, drawing discrepancies, or instruction errorsWhat We're Looking For Previous experience in an Assembly, Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Wiring, or Production Technician roleStrong cable assembly, crimping, soldering, and wiring experienceAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructionsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityExperience working within a manufacturing or engineering environmentWhat's on Offer? £28,000 - £35,000 per annumAnnual bonus scheme25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension schemeSick payLife assuranceHealth cash planStable Monday to Friday working hoursOpportunity to join a growing and innovative engineering businessIf you're an experienced Senior Assembler , Electro-Mechanical Assembler , Cable Assembler , or Production Technician , we'd love to hear from you.
