Job Title: Senior Asset ManagerLocation: Battersea, LondonOverviewMy client is a residential property investment company with a portfolio of approximately 90 properties, all managed in-house. As a small and dynamic team, they pride ourselves on a hands-on, collaborative approach to property management and delivering a high-quality service to tenants and stakeholders.

They are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to take full responsibility for the lettings function across the portfolio. This is a varied, fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, autonomy, and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business.

You will manage the entire lettings process from marketing and viewings through to tenancy progression, compliance, and ongoing tenancy management. You will also support the administrative side of property maintenance when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesLettings & Tenant ManagementOversee the full lettings cycle: advertising, enquiries, and conducting viewingsManage offers, negotiations, and tenancy progressionCarry out referencing and ensure compliance with all legal requirementsPrepare and issue tenancy agreements and associated documentationCoordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inventories where requiredConduct rent reviews and manage tenancy renewals and changesCompliance & LegislationEnsure all lettings activities comply with current legislationMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the Renters' Rights Act and other regulatory changesEnsure all documentation and processes meet legal and company standardsPortfolio SupportAssist with administrative aspects of property maintenance as neededLiaise with the Maintenance Manager regarding property issues and schedulingMaintain accurate records and systems for all properties and tenanciesTeam CollaborationWork closely with the Directors and Maintenance ManagerContribute to improving internal processes and efficienciesProvide general support across the business when requiredKey Skills & ExperienceMinimum Level 3 ARLA qualification (essential)Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation, including Renters' Rights Act changesProven experience in residential lettings/property managementExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently with a high level of autonomyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, flexible, and hands-on approachPlease apply if interested in arranging an interview.
