Ideal candidates will have: Experience across a broad range of residential development mattersStrong knowledge of affordable housing and/or BTR/PRS transactionsAbility to manage complex matters with autonomyExcellent client-handling skillsStrong commercial awarenessA collaborative, proactive approachApplications are welcomed from Senior Associates or Associate Directors, though candidates with slightly more or less experience will also be considered.
