Well known in the Tech space, the role involves working with established multinational blue chips and technology-focused start-ups, on a broad base of deomestic and international matters. The role will advise on international corporate transactions, principally high profile public and private M&A, but also in the VC, PE and ECM sectors.
As a senior lawyer on the team, delegation and supervisory skills are required as is the ability of aid in business development, mentoring and training for juniors and a strong desire to progress in this career.
