Role SummaryThe Senior Electrical Engineer will play a key role in delivering creative, efficient, and sustainable electrical designs as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role involves managing design stages, leading communication with clients and collaborators, and supporting junior engineers in their professional development.
The successful candidate will be expected to apply technical excellence, contribute to interdisciplinary problem-solving, and ensure that all project deliverables meet quality, budget, and programme expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver electrical engineering design across multiple projects.
Coordinate closely with mechanical, structural, and environmental design teams. Develop sustainable and innovative engineering solutions that integrate a range of technologies. Ensure design quality, accuracy, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Manage project timelines and budgets, maintaining effective communication with clients. Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture. About YouDegree-qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline).Proven experience working within a consultancy environment.
Strong understanding of building services systems and sustainable design principles. Excellent communication and coordination skills across disciplines. Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative, with a genuine interest in innovation and design quality.
